hi there! this is still a heavy wip... (started in December '25, finished ~December 25th officially and added the file navigation update 1/13/26) if you want, you can click around and see some of the stuff i've been working on :3

i put this out for the sake of having something cool to show off! it looks different from the main website cause i just really like windows vista + 7 :]

since we're here, i wanna put some fun facts about my neocities down....

originally, the site was going to be PS3 XMB (main menu) themed
it also had a previous incarnation themed after frutiger metro (which i later abandoned for the code was clunketh and the background was extremely low quality, but it introduced me to CSS and JS interacting via variables so i suppose that's good!)
i'm still considering reusing either of those ideas for other parts of the site, but if i ever aim to be more accessible or keyboard navigation friendly i suppose i wont be able to use them :p
it took me until now to actually understand positioning and display... so uh yayyy!!! /silly
also i started using VSCode after i got really fucking tired of reorganizing the css for the main parts of the site and they ended up confusing me... thank god for regions :P
the time and date for the blog is set veryy specifically to reference a very specific song....

i started working on this mid-winter vacation as i was getting bored and needed something to work on since roblox decided to make the "smartest decision" and ban schlep, leading them to get sued to high hell and now my chat is going to be gone at the end of the month... ill probably end up having my first blog post be about this since its pissing me off a lot. i have a lot of friends who are older than me (and there is such thing as healthy adult-child relationships!) who i wont be able to roleplay or chat with anymore thanks to this. guh.

i hope though that you, whomever you are, are enjoying your winter holidays. got good gifts for christmas maybe, enjoyed lighting your menorah with family if you celebrate hannukah or maybe just made a good cup of cocoa. whoever you are, you deserve a lot more than you have and i hope you take care of yourself during this season : )

primary layout inspiration is coming from summerstorm's page and some of the windows theming (primarily the window theme) comes from mimikitty49's OC page :] cursors as usual come from rw designer; specifically RainvForrest's W7 Pack.

i used colorzilla to create the gradients used across most of this theme.

favicons from tumblr; you should just be able to inspect element them to grab them. they're in the corner of this 'text file', in the testing menu items at the bottom and in the naviation section. nice how they actually link back; saves me time tracking the original owners- but i will credit them if i ever download them to my filegarden.

fun fact i regret not going to sleep after saying that and adding (its gone now) the fuckass music player oh my god i hate how it looks and i know im not gonna fix it later.

further update! (1/4-5/26) happy new year! hope you got to spend it with people who you care about. finished making the file explorer and importing my text works fine.... considering how to make this text file change when you click on the associated one in explorer. we'll see, because im back in school very soon XP (for now it'll just be separate pages)

next projects of mine to focus on are gonna be my just add magic wiki and the ultra cool mystery wiki... happy 2026!
